Summary: Beautiful property with amazing views! In a very quiet neighborhood, and it is on hill making us feel nice and secluded even though EVERYTHING is walking distance! 10 min to whisky row, 5 min to lazy g's , BIlls Grill is right down the street! Safeway for provisions a five min drive! The house was pristine clean, lots of comfy seating for our group of 4 but it would work for a larger group too! The interior is nicer in person than the pictures show. The wrap around deck has a gate at the stairs so kids and pets alike can enjoy the incredible views safely and altogether( we really appreciated that)! Beds super comfy! We all slept well. Kitchen is a dream! It is set up for a large group with plenty of silverwate , glasses , plates and bowls. There is a pantry stocked with every appliance you could dream of. Airconditioner worked great in every room, we were all nice and cool! Ceiling fans in every room ! We loved it! The fully fenced side yard was a perfect to have for our dogs when they had to do their thing! We really appreciated that too! Really liked being able to park our suburban in the HUGE garage.Todd was a wonderful host and responded within minutes to us! Just a wonderful experience overall! We didnt want to leave....and we'll be back for sure!

Summary: Booked for our family for a quick trip for a friends wedding near town. It had plenty of room. Very spacious and clean, quiet area, and walking distance to Whiskey Row. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were up in Prescott for my son’s baseball tournament and I am so glad we found this place to stay at. Being able to unwind and relax on the porch, cook a good meal, and sleep in a comfortable bed was it for us! We will definitely be back next season!!

Summary: Our stay with friends was amazing! The house is huge, so much space, the views were incredible we seen deer walking around. We loved our stay. Communication was awesome. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back.

Summary: This was the perfect home for our family gathering for an Embry Riddle graduation. The location could not have been better. Walk to the square. Centrally located for all of our activities. Views are as good as it gets. Manager is very responsive and answered every question quickly.Will be back.

Summary: Big, rambling, roomy place. Ideal for our group of 5 mountain bikers, especially considering the very large deck space, and HUGE garage and workshop. Bonus: Easy walking distance to our favorite Prescott brewpub, The Lazy G!

Summary: This property was fantastic for our weekend stay in Prescott. We all had ample space to roam around, cook and be entertained. Just a short walk from whiskey row this house was perfect for our families needs! One minor thing, I would get that handrail fixed leading up to the front door, asap. That is a hazard waiting to happen with people who’ve just hiked up the driveway and aren’t used to the altitude! Thanks Todd, for great communication and a great house! Would stay here again 100%
